Crema di Nonna Elide - Grandma Elide cream

A sweet and warm scent filled grandma Elide's country house. We would run straight to the kitchen, then. We would leave our toys to eat her warm cream. Her recipe has become our ice cream. Since we use only the yolks of top quality organic eggs and fresh cream , our “crema all'uovo”(egg cream) is soft and velvety, tasty and inebriating.
