Tiramisù

with fresh mascarpone cheese and coffee
The legend says that in the XVII century the grand Duke Cosimo III De’ Medici visited Siena and there the confectioners created this wonderful dessert in his honour. They called it “zuppa del Granduca”. It became so successful that it was soon reputed an aphrodisiac gaining the epithet of “tiramisù”. Bellamia uses only fresh mascarpone and the most precious ingredients in order to pay homage to this wonderful taste. We dedicate it to lovers, to those who know what love is and to those, lucky people, who have already met their better half.
