Vanilla

The Vanilla plant produces a wonderful white orchid that shines through the shades of the tropical underbrush. It charms with a unique and heavenly flavour. In the island of Reunion we find the best vanilla. Thanks to a twelve years old slave named Edmond people succeeded in pollinating this plant. Bellamia uses only the Bourbon vanilla from Reunion and creates a “soothing” ice cream.
