When we were little we used to spend every Sunday in the woods of the Apennines to gather the fruits of nature. What we liked most was to gather the strawberries from the ground and we used to stop at a little diary to buy fresh cream on our way back. Once back at home we enjoyed the results of our gathering with fresh cream. This lovely memory boosted us to find the best quality of strawberries (the juicy Senga Sengana) and then match it with the finest fresh cream.
