Amarenada

This is a revised classic. We corrected it by taking advantage of one of the best products in Emilia Romagna: the sour cherries of Modena- Marene DOP. It is a rich and juicy variety that tastes slightly sour. For us it perfectly matches the sweetness of the fresh cream from the Emilian Apennines. Bellamia proposes the Amarenda. By naming it in Spanish we give our land a more international allure and we pay homage to all the gourmands in the world.
