Bellamia produces an ice cream that expresses the same organoleptic features everywhere, together with a constant and invariable quality. The largest part of the manufactoring process is centralized in Italy, in Reggio Emilia where it constant attention to raw materials is paid. We use only natural top quality ingredients without using any additives or semi-finished products for ice cream shops. The only external step in manufacturing is the whipping of the ice cream which takes place directly in the local units. The result is an excellent product, organolepticly qualified that privileges the quality and the excellence of the ice cream without being in line with the logic of the mass-industrial product.
