Around 1500, the explorer Giovanni Baglioni “Zvàn Bajòn” ordered his soldiers to find some food once they had camped out in Reggio Emilia. The company returned with old wine, eggs and sugar and cooked them together creating the first zabaione. Bellamia uses only organic eggs and the highest quality Marsala wine. We guarantee a reassuring taste evoking lovely sensations.
